Participants will report on any or all of the following properties: alcohol by volume, total sulfur dioxide/free sulfur dioxide, titratable acidity/volatile acidity, specific gravity, pH, residual sugar (based on Cu reduction methods), malic acid, glucose and fructose (based on enzymatic methods), A420/A520, copper (Cu) content, and potassium (K) content.
Sample Description: Two 750 mL bottles of similar wine.
Samples ship in February, June, and October for a total of three shipments, with shipments beginning with the earliest available cycle of testing.
Additional Information: Three research properties are also included and rotate during each cycle of testing. Past properties have included iron (Fe) content, potassium sorbate content, and calcium (Ca) content.
