Enrollment Deadline: 15 May 2026

Participants will test samples using a load of 2.16 kg and one of two temperatures specified by CTS (190°C or 230°C). Testing temperatures alternate between each cycle of testing, and ISO 1133 (Procedure A or B) and ASTM D1238 are referenced.

Sample Description: Two sealed moisture barrier bags, each containing 36 g of polymer, which may come from the same batch or different batches. Enough material is supplied for labs to perform more than two test runs.

Samples ship in July and October for a total of two shipments.

Additional Information: CTS does not provide melt densities. Laboratories using Procedure B must be able to determine the melt densities for the samples.
