Enrollment Deadline: 15 November 2025

Participants will test samples using ISO 527 and report on any or all of the following properties: tensile stress at yield, tensile stress at break, percent elongation at yield, and modulus of elasticity.

Sample Description: Two sets of fourteen injection-molded ISO Type 1A bars (4 mm by 10 mm by 170 mm). CTS chooses different polymers for each cycle of testing.

Samples ship in January, April, July, and October for a total of four shipments.

Additional Information: Many of the materials used will break before reaching 100% elongation, but CTS cannot guarantee that all materials will rupture at a specified elongation.

This test is included on CTS' Scope of Accreditation to ISO/IEC 17043.
