Enrollment Deadline: 10 December 2024

Participants will report percent compression of samples after 22 hours in a 70°C oven. Testing is conducted in accordance with ASTM D395 Method B.

Sample Description: Two sample sets, each consisting of three compression set buttons, for a total of six buttons. The buttons are molded from EPDM with a diameter of 29.0 mm (±0.5 mm) and thickness of 12.5 mm (±0.5 mm).

Samples ship in February, May, August, and November for a total of four shipments.

Additional Information: Participants will need to verify sample thickness upon receipt. Transverse cutting and buffering of samples per ASTM D395 may be needed to achieve the required thickness.
