Participants will prepare and recover a serial number and report the preparation and restoration methodologies used.

Sample Description: One piece of steel bar stock with a six-character obliterated serial number and a piece of aluminum bar stock standard for the size, shape, and positioning of the stamped alphanumeric characters used in the serial number.

Samples ship in March.
