Participants will examine and compare questioned footwear impressions to known shoes, then report results using the SWGTREAD 7-point scale of conclusions.

Sample Description: Physically printed images of questioned imprints/impressions, inked known exemplars of the suspect shoe soles, and the suspect shoe soles. A variety of substrates (such as paper, tile, wood, and drywall) are combined with different imprint media (blood, ink, paint, etc.) for examination and comparison. The images are the same as those used in Test 5335, and reporting aspects are combined.

Samples ship in April.
