All sample sets will contain two known bloodstains and two questioned stains that are pre-screened; thus, no screening data will be collected for this testing series. One or both of the questioned samples will contain a mixture of body fluids. At least one of these mixtures includes semen. Participants may report results for STR and YSTR analyses. The known bloodstain standards are provided on FTA Micro Cards. This test can be paired with 5803 or 5703 to meet FBI QAS test frequency requirements.

This test is included on CTS' Scope of Accreditation to ISO/IEC 17043.

Samples ship third week in October and data due third week of December.
