Enrollment Deadline: 1 March 2025

Participants will report data using the Rockwell C scale. Testing is conducted in accordance with ASTM F606/F606M and ASTM E92.

Sample Description: Ten bolts with a 1/2" diameter, selected from two different production lots.

Samples ship in May and November for a total of two shipments.

Additional Information: Laboratories must cut the bolts prior to measuring hardness. A minimum load of 5 kgf is required.

This test is included on CTS' Scope of Accreditation to ISO/IEC 17043.
