Enrollment Deadline: 1 June 2025

Participants will report any or all of the following properties: tensile strength, yield strength, elongation, and reduction of area. ASTM E8 is referenced.

Sample Description: Two ready-to-test round tensile samples with 0.505" gauge diameters and 3/4-10UNC2 threaded ends machined from steel bars. Examples of typical materials include AISI 1018, AISI 1045, and AISI 4340 steels.

Samples ship in August for a total of one shipment.

This test is included on CTS' Scope of Accreditation to ISO/IEC 17043.
