Enrollment Deadline: 1 June 2025

Participants will report any or all of the following properties: tensile strength, yield strength, and elongation. ASTM B557 is referenced.

Sample Description: Two flat aluminum pieces of different thicknesses ranging from 12–18 gage (~1–2 mm). Examples of typical materials include 6061-T4 and 6061-T6.

Samples ship in August for a total of one shipment.

Additional Information: Machining capability to prepare the samples for testing is required; refer to ASTM B557 for the specimen diagram.
