Enrollment Deadline: 1 December 2024

Participants will report the outside diameter of plug gages and the expanded uncertainty, calculated per ISO GUM with k=2 or a similar method. This test is suitable for participants who make dimensional measurements with uncertaincies that are not significantly smaller than 0.0001" as calculated per ISO GUM.

Sample Description: Two slightly different plain plug gages. The sizes of the samples provided are chosen to be in the range of interest to most fastener manufacturers.

Samples ship in February and August for a total of two shipments.
